👤PARTICIPATION:

Participation in The Skinfluencer LLC’s 3-Year Anniversary Giveaways is completely free, and no purchase of the advertised products or services—or any Skinfluencer products or services—is required to win a prize. A purchase will not improve any chances of winning.


📒ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older and live in the United States.

  • Giveaways and their prizes are only open to individuals who are able to visit and attend The Skinfluencer Day Spa located at 2001 McCoy Road Ste 103, Huntington, WV 25701.

  • All entries must be received or otherwise completed by 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, June 7, 2025. No entries will be accepted after this date.


✅ENTRY PROCEDURES:

  • Participants may receive up to three (3) total entries by doing any of the following:

    • 🎟️ONE (1) ENTRY – Show up in person at The Skinfluencer Day Spa on Saturday, June 7, 2025 anytime during the anniversary celebration (10AM–5PM) and let us know which giveaway you’d like to enter.

    • 🎟️ONE (1) ENTRY – LIKE and SHARE any of our $3,000 Giveaway posts and COMMENT which giveaway you'd like to enter.

    • 🎟️ONE (1) ENTRY – Refer a friend to book a consultation at The Skinfluencer.

      • Your referral must not be a current client.

      • Your referral must submit their booking consultation by 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, June 7, 2025.

      • Your referral must write YOUR NAME and the GIVEAWAY NUMBER in the “comments” section of their booking confirmation page.

      • A successful referral will grant the participant ONE (1) ENTRY into the giveaways. You may refer more than one person to increase your chances of a successful referral, but multiple referrals do not grant multiple entries.

  • Participants may place all entries in a single giveaway or distribute them across all three giveaways.

📃WINNING PROCEDURES:

  • Each giveaway will have 1 individual winner.

  • The estimated odds of winning each prize are 1:500 depending on the total number of entries received.

  • Winners will be chosen at random and announced during a live drawing on The Skinfluencer Day Spa Facebook and Instagram pages on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 @ 7PM EST.

    • The giveaway is open to participants located in the United States, with prizes only redeemable in person at The Skinfluencer Day Spa in Huntington, WV.

    • Winners will also be notified via email titled “Skinfluencer Giveaway Winner.”

  • Prizes must be picked up, received, booked, or otherwise collected within 14 days of notification. Failure to collect or notify The Skinfluencer LLC within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and a redraw will occur at The Skinfluencer LLC’s discretion to select a new winner without further notice or announcement.

    • Any and all retail prizes must be picked up in person. No shipping will be provided.

    • Any and all service prizes must be booked and attended in person.
